Nice little bistro close to Arc de Triomphe. Was staying at the Renaissance Marriott down the street and had dinner at L'Etoile 1903 twice. Good food, reasonably priced and nice ambience. The escargot were great, as was the grilled fish. Steak was not bad, but not great either. I'd go back if I was in the area again.

Came here for French traditional foods since we stayed around the corner. Shoulda turn around when we see basmati rice and burgers on the menu.
Food was ok. My wife ordered a well-done steak but it came out medium rare with red center. The waiter argued that in Paris, well-done steaks usually come in this way unless we specifically asked for "well-done". Are you serious?
It wasn't a busy night but service was not attentive. When we were leaving, we couldn't get out of the table because a waiter placed a wine bottle rack next to our table. No one came to help until I called one over. -

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch around 3 pm on a Monday. There were hardly anyone there but service was sooo slow. We shared the charcuterie board, which was huge proportions but taste was just decent. The pâté was pretty good though from the charcuterie board. For our entrees we had the prime rib beef and butchers cut prepared medium rare. They were just ok. Nothing special. Lacked flavor. Overall it was a pretty lackluster experience.

Prime location next to the Arc.
I ordered the snails and medium rare cheeseburger. The snails were lukewarm, not very tasty compared to other places I have tried. The cheese burger was severely disappointing, half cold bc half of the meat was raw and the other half was luke warm. -

Worst restaurant experience ever.
The table we were seated at had red wine stains and other stains on the table cloth. We mentioned it to the waiter and we couldn't believe what he said "it's normal, that's how it looks like even after they are washed". I guess it is normal for them to put dirty table cloth. There were bread crumbs on the table as well, so it was pretty obvious that they didn't change the table cloth after the previous customers.
I mentioned it to the manager and he couldn't care less. He just admitted it wasn't right, but didn't do anything to fix it and walked away.
We should have walked out at this point.
The food was terrible. Everything seems to have been cooked long before and just re-heated. The French fries were old and inedible. My steak had a lot of fat and was overcooked.
The waiter never checked on us and never asked if we were enjoying our dinner. I asked for the bill, he brought it without a thank you.
Terrible service. They should be ashamed of how they treat their clients.
there are hundreds of restaurants in Paris and most of them with friendly service and delicious food. Don't waste your money on this one.
